My name is Captain David Coats, and I have been fishing the coastal water of eastern North Carolina for 25 years. The most important feature of my charters is to have fun and be safe on the water. No matter what level of fishing experience you have I will provide a fishing trip of a life time for you. We will be fishing inshore for flounder, trout, red drum, near shore Spanish, Cobia, King Mackerel, Blue fish and even bottom fishing, if you want.

I am also an avid fly fisherman. I love to teach people how to fly-fish. It is the most fun you will ever have with a hook and line. From novice, to expert fly fisherman we will have fun stalking drum and fishing for all types of fish near shore.
